
Executive Chef
Job Description
This role will manage and responsible for all of kitchen team for the group.
Requirements
- Proven track record of a career in F&B Kitchen, with 3-5 years in Senior Kitchen management positions similar to Executive Chef
- Experience in Asian kitchen operations will be an advantage though not essential
- Have sertification in HACCP and strong knowledge in food safety
- Strong and proven leadership, teamwork, analytical and managerial skills
